Shipping policy

DOMESTIC ORDERS

We aim to ship all orders within 5-7 working days from the date your order was received. This is in addition to the estimated shipping times provided by our couriers. 

All domestic orders are sent via tracked couriers such as Royal Mail (Tracked48) and Yodel Direct.

Please note, unfortunately due to changes to the GPSR guidelines, we are no longer able to ship to Northern Ireland.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

International orders are sent via our trusted delivery partners, via a Tracked service; couriers can include Royal Mail, Evri, Yodel, and UPS, and will be dependent on delivery address and order weight. 

Please note that we are not responsible for any import tax being imposed by your native country in the case of international shipments.

The cost of shipping will be dependent on the total weight of the order and the shipping location.

Please note, unfortunately due to changes to the GPSR guidelines, we are no longer able to ship to Europe.
